Without of intitutions and guidelines it's almost impossible to ensure the morals andethics that we agreed on with the League of Nations.
Institutions that have been put in place have been written in the convenience of the victors.
The study and promotion of human rights necessitatesan understanding of HOW rights have been violated; WHOSE rights have been violated and by whom; WHY the abuses occurred; and very importantly, HOW SUCH VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN RATIONALIZED AND JUSTIFIED.George Orwell

Orwell, wrote "Who controls the past controls the future. And who controls the present controls the past ."
Manage to erase most of what happens.
Manade to erase our past.
Theability to re-write history, has to do with the control of history .

Rather become known because someone, a historian or other commentator, decides they're important and draws attention to them.
It is almost impossible tobe completely objective.
