COMUNICACIÓN POLÍTICA

El sistema de comunicación de una sociedad y el sistema político pueden variar, ya que están bastante identificados cuando el propósito es compararpaíses ya que son ideales de prensa-gobierno.
“Siebert, Peterson y Schramm (1956) presentaron esta distinción idealizada PRENSA LIBRE”
Es lo que hoy conocemos como medios masivos fue más evidente en Europa donde se desarrollo la imprenta durante los siglos XVI y XVII en países regidos por monarcas cuya autoridad se basaba en el linaje y en “derecho divino”. Las autoridades militares yeclesiásticas constituían la prohibición de publicaciones y castigaban a quienes osaban criticar abiertamente, actualmente la autoridad de la realeza y del clero ha desaparecido en la mayor parte de los países, mientras que el poder militar y secular sigue vigente. En muchos países, el control autoritario de la prensa es aún ejercido con diferentes grados de severidad.
