AVRIL LAVIGNE
Avril Lavigne is 26 years old, and she was born in Belleville, Canada and late when she was five, she moved out to Napanee, Canada. She`s Jean-Claude Lavigne and Judy Lavigne`sdaughter. She has a minor sister, Michelle and a major brother Matthew Lavigne, who is a guitarist and appear in ``GIRLFRIEND`S`` video. When she was twelve years old she won a contest in OTTAWA to singalong with SHANIA TWAIN: ``WHAT MADE YOU SAY THAT``. Later in 1993 she released her first single which was the winner of a lot of prizes. She and Deryck Whibley get married in MONTECITO, CALIFORNIA.Butthey divorced three years later, and now she is a successful ``ABBEY DAWN`` designer
At the beginning Avril was known as a girl with a rebel punk or skater style, but in 2003 stopped to used sinceshe became a symbol of fashion. With the creation of Under My Skin, Avril adopted a wave more cool and started to use the skulls as a staff symbol, she also started to use boots, tutus and corsetes allclothing during this was mainly black and some of red.
My favorite album is UNDERMY SKIN, it was released on 25 May 2004, debuting at number one in several countries, like Australia, Mexico, Canada,Japan. The album has sold more than 10 million copies. Lavigne and Chantal Kreviazuk wrote the most of the album's tracks. Lavigne went on a "Live and by Surprise" mall-tour in the U.S. and Canada topromote the album. She was accompanied by her guitarist, Evan Taubenfeld, by the end of 2004. And in 2005 Lavigne embarked into her first world tour the "Bonez Tour" which visited almost everycontinent around the world.
She has appeared in many programs: in 2002 Sabrina the Teen Witch, in 2004 Saturday Night Live, and also this year she appeared like a judge in American Idol. In 2006 the TUmagazine interviewed Avril.
