Her full name is Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson. Born October 25, 1984 in Santa Barbara, California. Is an American. Weight 130 lbs and height 5 ft 7. Katy Perry and Russell Brand married onOctober 23, 2010. She doesn't have any son. Katy Perry's parents' names are Keith and Mary Hudson. Perry is her mom's maiden name. Katy Perry's little brother name is John Hudson and her older sister name is Angela Hudson.

Perry is artistically involved in her projects, especially in the writing process. Since she could play guitar, she would start writing songs at home and present it to her producers.Perry is mostly inspired by specific moments of her life. She said it is easy for her to write songs about heartbreak. Most of the themes in One of the Boys deal with heartbreak, teen adventure, and "puking into toilets". In conclusion, I think Katy Perry is a great singer because demonstrated a talent for music and has a unique style.Katy has appeared as a guest judge in the 7th series of "The X Factor" in Britain; she has introduced her own perfume called "Purr"; and she will also appear in "The Smurfs" in 2011. Other appearances include The Young and the Restless and Wildfire in 2008, American Idol, Sesame Street, and The Simpsons in 2010, and How I Met Your Mother in 2010.
