INGREDIENTS:
½ onion
6 tomatoes
3 Serrano chillis
3 stalk of coriander
2 avocado
¼ cup lemon juice
A pinch of salt
1 bowl
PREPARATION
First you have to buy freshvegetables.
Then you chop the vegetables.
Finally in a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, Serrano chillis, coriander, lemon juice and pinch of salt.
Stir until evenly distributer.
2.- Fish fingerenchiladas
INGREDIENTS:
8 fish fingers
1x295g can condensed mushroom soup
1x284ml pot soured cream
100g (4oz), cheddar chesse, grated
6 sprig onions, sliced
4 flour tortillas
8 tbsp salsaPREPARATION
Preheat oven to 200 °c (400° F, gas 6)
Grill fish fingers for 3-4 mins each side. Mix the soup with half the sourced cream, 75g (3oz) of chesse and the spring, onions.
Spoon 2 tbspof mixture onto each tortilla and add 2 fish fingers. Dollop 2 tbsp salsa on top of fish fingers, then roll up tortillas and place seam down, in a greased, ovenproof dish.
Mix the remaning sauce withrest of sourced cream and spoon over. Scatter reserved chesse on top and bake for 20 mins or until golden-brown. Serve with potato wedges and green salad
3.-Fruits salad
Ingredients:
3 cupsshredded lettuce
1 cup granola
1-2 bananas, slice
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries, slice
1 cup toasted slice almonds
1 cup mandarin tangerine slice
½ tablespoon of coconut oil
½ cup honey¾ cup orange juice
Preparation:
First slowly toss lettuce with fruits and nuts, mix honey and orange power together until well merged, drizzle the salad with the mixture and serve.
Remember:You can use an avocado in your morning salad; it´s a good source of healthy fat some sort of slow release of energy through out the day
