Introduction.
In this work, we are going to talk about typical food of United States: Hot dogs. The hot dog it’s soimportant in U.S.A., for this reason, they invented the ‘Hot dog´s day’. We are going to show you the different kinds of hot dogs. This typical food is very important, and we can prepare this food insome ways and with different ingredients. According to the places or cities where the dish is prepared, the ingredients are going to be different. Too, we mentioned about the history of Hot dog.

U.S.ATypical Food:
In the United States of America there are a lot of kinds of food. In this extra class work we are going to talk about typical food in U.S.A. In this country exist many typical dishes,but in this work we are going to talk about the Hot Dogs.
The hot dogs are important typical food in the United States, so they invented a hot dog´s day. This celebration was invented by NationalHot Dog & Sausages Council, this say that only in 2010 spend more than $1600 millions in hot dog, buying them in U.S.A´s supermarkets. In this country exist some types of hot dogs, we are going to showyou 3 different types, and they are going to be from: New York, Kansas City,
New York: It´s similar than a traditional hot dog, but it has more brown mustard and onions stewed in tomato paste:Kansas City: It comes with melted Swiss cheese and sauerkraut and is tucked into a sesame-seed bun. This is at the Kauffman Stadium.

Chicago:The ingredients are: Yellow mustard, relish, choppedonion, tomato slices, sport peppers (spicy pickled green peppers), a pickle spear, and a dash of celery salt sit atop a frank nestled in a poppy-seed bun.
