What’s up Little brother hope all is good under the circumstances, I know it must be hard but just take it day by day and use this time you have to make things better for you and your family. Maybewhat I do can help you to. If I start having negative thought I begin to think what the consequences are like I’m going to lose my job, I’m going to go to jail, I going to mess up my back ground checkif I want a good job and most of all I won’t see my kids grow up, and that’s when I start to pray and think of the positive things and what’s really important. It’s about learning to control yourfeeling. If someone says something that you don’t like then walk away because you know what it could lead up to not because you’re scared but because you’re smarter than that. You and I are a lot alike wedon’t hang out we don’t go to clubs we don’t smoke or drink that’s because we don’t need any of that to have a good time. We like things like working out even though you never be as strong as me butyou like to try lol, we like simple things like being with your family. Just let this be a lesson to make things better in your life. I know you miss your wife and kids but you know they are in goodhands and they can’t wait to see you, so use that to keep you in good focus and work out a lot that take a lot of pressure of your mind and helps you relax. If they have anger management classes go tothem and don’t be afraid to talk. When I have to give a speech or talk in a big group I think to myself I don’t know anybody here so I don’t care if I say something wrong I’m not perfect neither arethey or like someone once told me think as everybody in the crowed are naked when you are about to give a speech but I still don’t get that one. Lol.
