RESUMEN

La investigación llevada a cabo en el marco de proyecto de tesis y sistematizada en elpresente texto, analiza uno de los aspectos menos normados y tratados dentro del urbanismo,
como lo es el subsuelo urbano, desde el punto de vista del medio físico necesario para instalar
nuestros servicios básicos modernos, considerando dos aspectos fundamentales, como lo son
los estándares de diseño (configuraciones y requerimientos) de cada servicio que se canalizan
subterráneamente y lanaturaleza legal y administrativa del subsuelo, reconociendo la
importancia presente y futura en la instalación y coordinación de la Infraestructura Urbana de
Servicios.

SUMMARY

The developed investigation

within the framework of thesis project and systematized

in the present text, analyzes one of the aspects less regulated and treated within urbanism, as it
is it the urban subsoil, from the point ofview of the midst physicist necessary to install our
modern utilities, considering two aspects fundamental, as they are it the standards of design
(configurations and requirements) of each service that are canalized underground and the legal
and administrative nature of the subsoil, recognizing the present and future importance in the
installation and coordination of the Urban Infrastructure ofServices.
