Since 1989: I have been working as group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and Spinning instructor in differentgymnasiums, health clubs, vacation resorts and country clubs. I have specialized in different techniques: Lift training, Pump training, Functional Zone, Tae-Bo, Zumba, Latin Rythms, Aerobox, Circuittraining, Calisthenics.

I was Sports Coordinator, gave classes of Tae-Bo, Spinning, and Calisthenics.2000: I started my own company: A.M. FIT TRAINER.: dedicated to the organization of all Spinning Events in such gym during five years.
1999: Opening of the Thames Fitness Center ( DiegoCarman 681, San Isidro. Tel: (54 11)47638400. Coordinator and Director. Classes of: Tae-Bo, Spinning, Calisthenics, Personal Trainer.
