Bogotá's Problems

If people study, Bogotá would be better.
In Bogotá troubles are not just happens because of lake of planning, organization, administration and thecorruption, but lake of education of the people.
Bogotá is the international center of business, with the highest index of overpopulation. People around the country arrive to Bogotá, already to study,work or look for better opportunities to get a better life, but when they arrive, they find a city without basic equipment in some depressed areas, arterial roads full of holes, contaminated rivers,striped walls, streets full of cars, a deplorable transport equipment, a city full of trash and cold and suspicious people; an stress, eagerness, distress and prevention infested city.
Many of the lastproblems is about corruption; the lake of oversights and professionalism at time of realize constructions or use resources (that we pay), produce urban chaos, where we are involucrate are we feelmore and more tired of this, but when we refer to the “competent” entities we find inept and lazy workers, who are stealing our taxation, and even yet they don’t want to attempt us.
Another problem isthe lake of membership; like many people who lives in Bogotá are from other places of the country, and they don’t feel in the obligation of care about it, but they don’t worry to throw trash in thestreet and then say that the city is a crap and discredit the place where they arrived to get better opportunities. That if we don’t count with the large populations of beggars in the city, that in mostare not from here; although is the bigger social problem in Colombia, people who is pulled out of its territory are arriving to the city with their kids, and in Bogotá is giving to them a job, studyfor their children and a family allowance, and some of them dedicates to look for money in the semaphores, because is more profitable to beg than to find a job.
