Sometimes the download becomes corrupt. When attempting to run the installer, you may get a message like "NSIS Error: Installer integrity check has failed". Trydownloading the installer again and hope that this time it doesn't become corrupt.
Forgot to install
Many people download our plugin, but do not install it. Merely downloading it will do nothing. Makesure you have completed Step 2 and Step 3 above.
Anti-virus blocking Veetle
Your Anti-virus program may incorrectly think that Veetle is a virus, spyware, or malware. On the contrary, Veetle has beenverified 100% safe by Download.com and McAfee. You will need to open your anti-virus software and unblock Veetle.
Behind a Firewall
Veetle should work behind most firewalls. Some strange workplaceor academic firewall configurations may block Veetle. If you have administrative access to the firewall, you will need to unblock Veetle. If not, contact the IT staff in your institution for help.Disabled Plugins
Your Internet browser may have disabled Veetle TV. Veetle TV Player is actually comprised of two mini plugins. Their names are Veetle TV Core, and Veetle TV Player. You will need tore-enable both of them. In Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, hit the Alt key to reveal the menu at the top. Choose Tools > Manage Add-ons. In the dropdown list on the left of this Add-onmanager, select All add-ons. Ctrl + click on all Veetle plugins and then click the enable all button. Enter into Tools > Add-ons > Plugins. Click each Veetle plugin and the Enable button next tothem.
