Music Is Good For Us
Music for many of us is like water, we could not live without it. A movie would be boring without music tohelp us see when something sad is happening. Music plays an important role in each of us no matter where we live and the language we speak
Most of us when we hear music we get that feeling that motiveor inspire us to keep going with whatever we are doing. In my case when I’m cleaning my room, I always have to listen to music. It gives me like energy to do things much faster. Also music makescleaning a fun activity to do when I’m bored. Each of us has a method or way to help us stay focus. Saul Carreon uses music to be motivated and get out with a positive attitude before his soccer gamesstart. Saul discovered that after he did the same thing last summer in his soccer tryouts. That day music helped him to do an amazing game by scoring two goals that lead him to be chosen to receive ascholarship from his coach.
We can use music as therapy because it can change our mood positively. Each of us goes through difficult situations that can lead to depression and in some cases the music isgood medicine to solve these problems. Maria Chaves, who had lost her best friend two years ago in a car accident, was depressed for a long time, until her mother advised her to listen to the songsshe used to listen with her friend because that would help to miss her best friend less. Also she would think that she was next to her and that worked perfectly. After a while Maria was able to leavethe depression and now remembers her best friend with a big smile.
