First of all, I started with my track and field training by running throughout the whole school twice. It was about 3 kilometers which takes about 20 minutes. Running all the school was a beneficial warm-up in order to start the real training that was based on 100 meters, 200 meters, 300 meters, and 400 meters sprint. Today, I learned a newtactic while running. The new skill that I acquired today was running with longer and higher steps so that my acceleration increases. Moreover, at the end I practiced long jump since it was my occupation in elementary school. Mr. Hovland. Track and Field Coach.

First, I started with my track and field training by running throughout the whole school twice that isabout 3 kilometers in 20 minutes. After that, I had to stretch for 5 minutes since my legs were getting tight. Today’s training was more intense than the one on Wednesday since this day I did 100 meters 5 times without resting for around 30 minutes. Furthermore, I also had to run 300 meters, 200 meters and 100 meters, and later 100 meters, 200 meters and 300 meters. It was really an exhaustingtraining today. To conclude, the lesson that I have acquired today is that this training routine created by Mr. Hovland is helping me to get really fast. I have noticed that I am becoming faster every day I practice track and field. Mr. Hovland. Track and Field Coach.

First, I started with the track and field training for 30 minutes since I had also a soccer scrimmage. Thesoccer scrimmage was just a practice match between last year soccer team and new members. I could notice that the team is in a great shape but still has to work in terms of passing and teamwork. Moreover, I realize that every member of the team has improved in one aspect. In my case, I advanced my long passes skills and my running skills. To conclude, it was a scrimmage in where one can remark one’sstrengths and weaknesses. Mr. Hancock. Soccer Coach.

I went to the soccer practice. The first thing I had to do was running the soccer field for around 15 minutes. After that, I had to stretch all my body in order to be ready for the actual training that was passing the ball around and shooting to the goal. Afterwards, I had to play a soccer game of 30 minutes inwhich my role position was the left flank defender. At the end of the match, I acknowledge that I had to work on my left foot passing and shooting, and my defender roles. Mr. Hancock. Soccer Coach.

Today, I had a soccer practice. The practice of today was not that exhausting since I did not have to do many exercises. Today’s practice was running the soccer field 5times which lasted 30 minutes and then play a full game of 60 minutes. To conclude, I noticed that despite I did not have the appropriate training for soccer for the last 6 months; I played much better today than I did on Friday last week. I can say that I focused on my position today and gave all my effort whenever the ball came to me. Mr. Hancock. Soccer Coach.
