INTRODUCCION
El concepto o termino de Bullying como lo cita Alfredo Arnaud B.
Ser víctima de maltrato en la etapa escolar, en el momento en queprecisamente se está formando la personalidad del individuo, deja secuelas que estarán manifestándose en distintos momentos de su vida y que le impedirán desplegar todas sus capacidades intelectuales y afectivas necesarias para su desarrollo y en una participación ciudadana que busque el bien común.
En el entendido de que no solamente son víctima y victimario los elementos en la práctica del bullyng sinotambién aquellos que son observadores cuando se realiza este hecho, de ahí que tanto padres de familia, profesores y alumnos están inmersos en ello.
