1.- Factors in selecting a business:
My business is how to plan a wedding, this consists in people who are interest in have their own and original “wedding of theirdreams” . Is a good HBB because is something you can manage from your house and you don’t spend so much money, also because you don’t need experience doing this, you just need to be anorganize person , who knows how to convert in reality what your client want. It is also appropriate because it doesn’t need a real big place, just a room coupled as an office withenough space for my catalogs of photos with ideas they can use, and this will be working stuff. For my communication tool I will announce in internet in places such as facebook and twitter, that are the social pages more visited in the global world. I don’t need any license for running my business because there is not a strong demand in the market. This is just thebeginning of one of the most successful business in the world, as well as some celebrities search for my services.
2.- The home based business format
My business is a full-timebusiness. I had work before in a store selling wedding dresses and I realize that woman doesn’t know how organize their weddings and they spend a lot of money, so I get associate with thisstore that has prestige , and they finance my business for a year.
3.- Conflict of interest management:
I think , I won’t have interest management conflicts at all.
4.- OperatingPersonnel:
In my business the people who it will be involve would be my contacts of the places where I reserve, the flower shop, the one who is in charge of banquets, the musiciansand other; people who do not work directly with them . I will hire family members that could be useful to the business. I will be the boss of the place and the one who do the orders.
