Caffeine
Belongs to a chemical class of compounds known as "alkaloids". It is Made of Carbon (C), Nitrogen (N), Oxygen (O) and Hydrogen (H). It can be found in numerous places, but mostly in leaves andseeds of many trees. It is a metabolic and central nervous system stimulant. It can be produced artificially and added to certain foods.
The stomach rapidly absorbs caffeine after ingestion(45 minutes.) It affects the brain, such as nicotine and alcohol. It also causes blood vessel dilation and urine accumulation. It makes your muscle relax, especially in the respiratory tract, often usedto treat asthma. It causes addiction, and trying to quit it, generates painful headaches. It is a very good energizing but addiction has consequences.

Caffeine can be used in a small dose, without any meaningful complications. It can be useful in most of the cases, but it has to be measured in a responsible way.
