Other Important Information About the Course
Date: August 2-5, 2010 Monday—Thursday Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: The Colorado School of Mines inGolden, CO (www.mines.edu) in the Petroleum Room at the Green Center (Bldg 25). A detailed map with location and parking information will be given to you upon successful confirmation of registrationprior to the course. Fees: $3,750 per student. Full payment is due upon registration. Registration deadline is July 15, 2010. Included is a 700-page book of course notes and hardto-find data for eachstudent, plus the Cryogenic Engineering textbook (2nd Edition) written by Dr. Thomas Flynn. Fee includes two refreshment breaks daily. Meals, lodging and transportation are on your own. Hotel: The TableMountain Inn located just one block from the campus and offers Colorado-style accommodations (1-800-762-9898 or www.tablemountaininn.com). There are also name brand properties within a few miles ofcampus. Visit www.hotels.com for a listing or your travel agent. Cancellations: No charge for cancelling 15 days before the class. 50% cancellation fee between 15 days and start of class (Aug. 2). 100%cancellation fee for a no-show or cancellation on day of first class. Substitutions can be made at any time. If it is too late to cancel without penalty and you can’t make it, try to pass theopportunity to a friend or fellow worker. We will send out a Welcome packet during the spring with important information about the course and Golden, Colorado by mail and email.
