We lived a really good experience interviewing the owners of the different stores in La America neighborhood because we could notice they have different ways to manage similar business somethingI can say they have similar is the suppliers they are Coca Cola, Colombina, Postobon and they go there once or twice per week, Frito lay, Colanta, Zenu , Bavaria. The owner of the main store (tiendacabecera) told as he could take 5 days to pay the bill to his suppliers. It is a good period of time because he can work with money of his suppliers, and sells the things then pays them; however hetold us commonly he pays the bill immediately the suppliers take the goods into his store because he does not like the debts. He sells to all the people of the zone and just the best costumers can takesome time to pay the bill and just the 5% of the bill.

The owner of the tienda licorera told us her main costumers were the people who live in the building close to the store, something importantis when she talked about his suppliers she emphasized in Bavaria, the reason is a lot of people go there to take some beers when we went there some people were taking beers some of them were in a cheersome others were using the floor like a sit. She has to pay immediately when the suppliers give her the products, and she gives time to pay just to her best costumers.

The owner of the cafeteriatalked us about the same suppliers but he also told he buys the mass and some others inputs to make the products of the cafeteria in La Minorista. He makes those products in his store and the mostimportant costumers are the people who pass through the area and the people of the EPS which is near. His suppliers do not give him time to pay, and he does not give time to pay to his costumers.
