Biografía
College 11 (comúnmente abreviado C11) es un dúo brasileño que canta en inglés, fundada en São Paulo a mediados de 2010 por los miembros Mayra Arduini y Bruno Martini. Fuerondescubiertos por Disney a través de un cd demo y son los primeros artistas de América Latina que puso en marcha la empresa a nivel internacional.[cita requerida] El álbum debut homónimo del dúo fue lanzado el 17 de junio de 2011 en las tiendas de iTunes.
Formación y álbum debut (2010-12)
Arduini y Martini se reunieron después de algunos concursos de bandas, donde ella fue la ganadora. Sereunieron para hablar y terminaron escribiendo cuatro canciones juntos. La banda de nombre, College 11 viene desde el momento que se conocieron y estudiaron e intercambiaron mensajes de texto por teléfono celular y estaban conectados a las once en punto de la mañana en el tiempo. Después de grabar un cd demo, el padre de Martini lo entregó a un productor estadounidense que trabajó con JustinBiebery Britney Spears e inmediatamente respondió que la banda tenía el estilo de Disney, antes de firmar un contrato con la empresa. College 11 son los primeros artistas internacionales de Disney, de origen brasileño y de América Latina que puso en marcha la empresa a nivel internacional. La contratación es parte del proyecto de la banda 360 Graus, de Disney.
El álbum debut homónimo fue lanzado primero enlas tiendas digitales de iTunes de gran parte de América Latina, el 17 de julio de2012 y el 25 del mismo mes y año físicamente en Brasil.
