How to play Volleyball
Volleyball is an easy sport to play and to learn too. Volleyball is playedby two teams of 6 players and 3 players at the bench, a referee, and a coach. Players need a field to play, a volleyball, kneepads, a uniformand a net. The field has to be 18 meters long and 9 meters of wide. The opponent team gets a point when: Players fight with another player,players touch the net, if the ball touches the floor, if players touch the ball more than three times. Important things from volleyball are thatteam has to rotate the players, there are from two to three sets of 25 points each. These rules mentioned before, have to be judged by thereferee. Some other important information of volleyball is that It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since1964. A number of consistent techniques have evolved in volleyball, including spiking and blocking, the ball must be spherical, made ofleather or synthetic leather, have a circumference of 65–67 cm, a weight of 260–280 g and an inside pressure of 0.30–0.325 kg The ball is usuallyplayed with the hands or arms, but players can legally strike or push the ball with any part of the body, like head, knees, toes,etc.Volleyball can be enjoyed with a professional team, friends, family, and everyone can play it, it is a very fun sport and good to exercise too.
