Capitalism Vs. Marxism

Capitalism and Marxism re two theories that study social, economical and political behaviours that have controlled society since remote times. Capitalism was born around the 14th century, and itestablishes the right to own private property and exercise autonomy in making economic decisions. Marxism on the other hand was born around the 19th century, formulated by the writings of Karl Marx andFriedich Engels; Mainly “Das Kapital” and “The Communist Manifesto”. Marxism’s theory says that the class conflict between the oppressors and the oppressed will eventually lead to a socialstruggle or revolution causing the shifting of the social scale and the base structures and super structures that will shift to meet the values of the new ruling class until a revolution changes it; It’simportant to understand that Marxism aspires for an ideal society in which the public owns the means of production.
These two theories have been historic enemies, they are considered the antithesisof each other.
In a perfect world I think that the idealized society of Marxism would take over because unlike Capitalism, in which only a small group is beneficiated by the work of many, Marxismseeks to give to each according to his ability and his work, the means of production would be owned by everybody. Based on the beliefs of Karl Marx, capitalism dehumanizes individuals, they areonly worth the job they can do, and only through communal equality the individual can be free.
The capitalist system allows one person to have profit from the sale of priate property in a free market,this, however, doesn’t takes into account the numer of labour hours needed to make a product, therefore profit can only be made by exploiting the proletariat, in a communist state, all profits aredistributed equally, and the profits from the previous regime are applied to public purposes.
