1. Public law is a theory of law that governs the relationship between the state and the individual, who is considered to be either a company or a citizen. Public law covers three sub-divisions:Constitutional, administrative and criminal law.

2. Private law is also known as civil law. It involves relationships between individuals, or private relationships between citizens and companies.It covers the law of obligations and the law of torts
Public law governs the individual, citizen or corporation, and the state, while private law applies to individuals.
Public law deals more withissues that affect the general public or the state itself, whereas, private law focuses more on issues affecting private individuals, or corporations

4 .State : an organized political communityunder one government; a commonwealth. Compulsory political organization with a centralized government that maintains a monopoly of the legitimate use of force within a certain territory.

5. Stateof law: power of the state is limited in order to protect citizens from the arbitrary exercise of authority.
the citizens share legally based civil liberties and they can use the courts.

6. tofreedom of information, opinion, expression, and without previous authorization, censorship, or impediment whatsoever, in accordance with the law.
Crimes committed by means of books, the press, orother media of social communication are outlined in the Penal Code and will be tried in a court of law.
Any action that suspends or closes any organ of expression or prevents its free circulationalso constitutes a crime. The right to inform and express opinions includes the right to found means of communication.

7 . to freedom of conscience and religion, individually or as a member of agroup. No one may be persecuted for his ideas or beliefs. There is no such thing as a crime of opinion
