CLASIFICACIÓN RECOMEMDACIONES DE LA AHA
Class I: Conditions for which there is evidence
and/or general agreement that a givenprocedure or
treatment is beneficial, useful,thereeffective.
Class II: Conditions for which and is
conflicting evidence and/or a divergence of
opinion about
the usefulness/efficacy of a procedure ortreatment.
Class IIb: Usefulness/efficacy is less well
Class IIa: Weight of evidence/opinion is in
favor of usefulness/efficacy.

1) INTRODUCCIÓN
CLASIFICACIÓN FUNCIONAL NYHA
I-Pacientes sinlimitación para la actividad física ordinaria sin angina, palpitaciones
o disnea en la actividad habitual
II-Pacientes con una ligera limitación de la actividad física de manera que los
esfuerzoshabituales provocan la aparición de síntomas
III-Pacientes con marcada limitación de la actividad física. Actividades menores de
las habituales provocan aparición de síntomas
IV- Pacientes incapaces derealizar cualquier tipo de actividad física sin presentar
síntomas, que pueden aparecer incluso en reposo
