Carlos Kasuga Osaka, Yakult’s president of the directive council, in his conference “Resultados de la Mística”, offered to Elektra’s employees, talks about the four steps you must cover, startingwith yourself, to live with quality:
1. Well-being, bien ser. (Being punctual, disciplined, studious, etc.)
2. Well doing, bien hacer. Doing everything right from the beginning.
3. Well-being, bienestar. (Being in good terms with your family and giving the best to them)
4. Well having, bien tener.
You must follow the steps in order. Only after doing everything in the right order and learning togive more than what you receive you will be able to live with quality.
Once someone finishes with their obligations and gives more than they should, they get paradise
Hell is what the person gets,if they only ask for things.

Japan doesn't have iron or oil, but they fabricate a lot of products that are sold all around the world, including cars.
Japan has 10 of the biggest banks, thehighest education levels, the lowest criminality levels and the highest life expectancy levels in the whole world.
He says that everything is thanks to the formative education, instead of the one.
If youdon’t have the basics then the formation is not important. The moral values are the most important thing in the human beings.

After the Second World War andthe atomic bombs, Japan was totally destructed. In order to return the country to a "moving" status, they started a plan in which the government paid three times more for the rice to the farmers.Thanks to that they got a debt with the international banks, but the farmers immediately started using the money, buying products.
They kept producing and more production it's equal to less cost. At lesscost, more exportation. At more exportation, more foreign currency. And foreign currency pays the external debt.
Now everyone is in debt with Japan.
