Al ingeniero Leonel Arias por su paciencia, colaboración y disposición.
A las personas que nos apoyaron incondicionalmente en este largo proceso tales
como familiares y compañeros.
RESUMEN
Elpresente estudio tiene como finalidad establecer una guía para el diseño y
montaje de una empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de cárnicos
teniendo como metodología el plan de negocios formato fondo emprender.
Este plan de negocios es la herramienta que permitirá planear las actividades a
desarrollar para explotar las debilidades y fortalezas que podrá tener una nueva
empresaproductora de cárnicos.
Luego de analizar varias ideas de oportunidad empresarial teniendo en cuenta las
necesidades de los clientes hoy en día, se llega a la conclusión que hace falta en
la región una empresa dedicada a la transformación de productos cárnicos.
Es por eso que se realiza este plan de negocios para jugarle al mercado regional
de los cárnicos e impulsar un desarrollo.
Para larealización de este se parte de un diseño y un análisis completo del
desarrollo de la futura empresa, iniciando con un estudio de mercados, que dé
cifras para así poder saber cuales son los requerimientos técnicos y
organizacionales, para finalmente hacer un estudio financiero de donde se pueda
determinar si el proyecto es viable.
ABSTRACT
The goal of this study is to establish a guide about how todesign and build an
enterprise that produces end commercializes meat-based products using a
methodology based on the “fondo emprender” business plan format.
This Business plan is the tool that will allow the planning of the activities that will be
developed to take advantage the weaknesses and strengths that the new meatbased product enterprise would have.
After analyzing various ideas of businessopportunities and having account the
needs of actual customers, becomes the conclusion that a meat-based product
transforming enterprise is needed.
That’s why this business plan shall be done, to play on the regional meat-based
product market, and generate an improvement.
To implement the plan, we start from a design and full analysis of the development
of our future enterprise, beginning with amarket study, that concludes in numerical
factors, so we can know which are the technical and organizational requirements,
and finally make a financial study where we can determine if the project is viable or
not.
