Presently, the business’ administration is an important tool for save money and possessions generating higher values, but poor decision affect the company´s balance, i.e., the organizationis broken and losses come. Besides being one of the important bases, the administration has taken with her a great success in the rapid growth of companies. Although, many executives are aware of thematter, not implemented in the right way, creating large debts that lead to the dissolution of entire corporations.
Companies’ founders must check and move to test people that maybe not be giventhe best or review the organization chart and watch the lack or surplus the posts, also to give the manuals operations, motivational talks and professional ethics courses and the people get the shirtand working per conviction, by not circumstance.
The continued review of the objectives for come to meet goals should be in a short term, in which case that they not work, review and remove the lossesends, to ensure the mission and to guarantee the vision.
