Descripción - Description
Responsible for assisting the Assistant Controller with the accounting and financialreporting functions and supporting the accounts receivable, cash receipts, payroll, fixed assets functions ensuring readiness for the company SAP implementation. Responsible for maintaining aneffective and reliable financial reporting process in accordance with established company policies and generally accepted accounting principles Responsible for periodic financial reporting of actual resultsto Corporate, HQ and Divisions Executes established role against determined Global Controls Standards assigned duties within the work processes under his/her control to ensure proper controls areadhered to at all times. Performs the role in compliance with company policies, procedures, values, principles and applicable laws.

Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting. CPA certification preferable Minimum of five years of experience in accounting and financial reporting positions, preferablein the manufacturing industry. SAP implementation experience is preferable Commitment to the project Excellent analysis, communication and team work skills Experience in internal control (COSO Model)Bilingual- Spanish and English, written & spoken Computer skills; Microsoft office, outlook, Internet, MAPICS, SAP preferable. Knowledge related to compliance with SOX and experience working in ahighly control environment
