Dear Niagara College, My name is Wilson Javier Mora Rivera, I am 28 years old and I am bachelor degree in Business Administration of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (National University ofColombia). I am writing to express my interest in applying for the Human Resources Postgraduate Program offered by your prestigious institution. I am confident that my academic background and my workingexperience enable me to make a contribution to the Niagara College. My aim is to work in a knowledge field associated to human relations such a Human Resources Manager, being able to contributes notonly with the companies that I will work to, but also with the individuals, seducing and keeping people in the organization, working and giving their best with a positive and favorable attitude,providing them the tools and the welfare to reach their personal objectives, based on the theory that when the people has a better work environment works better, It represents all those things that make staffstay in the organization, obtaining as result the achieving of the company objectives at the same time. Therefore I would like to gain a deeper theoretical knowledge and practical skills of HumanResources Management in complex, multidimensional and multicultural environments to achieve my personal and professional goals.
