Hello, how are you? I'm ----, my case is that after one year be saving for a holiday in Greece, the trip was the opposite of what they promised in the travel agency. I went to the establishment tocomplain personally, but I did not pay much attention. I have written this complaint to claim compensation for not complying with the terms of the insurance contract.

Dear Sir / Madam my / mine:

Whereas it has been arranged with the tour company,the policy of traveler, No. 87846585465 payable to: Randy Fernando Zamudio Market, I present to review the following letter to ask AIG MEXICO, compensation payment for the breach of travel insurancesubmitted by the company mentioned above, since last July my brother and I went for a week to Cephalonia (Greece) on a trip organized by his agency. When we hired him, you were offered a number ofadvantages, such as a hotel by the sea, four-star hotel near the tourist destinations and guidelines that we expect at points of arrival and we would guide and too more benefits.

Unfortunately, theproblems started when we got to Athens, our luggage was not on our flight or some other even when we had the receipt to prove it and nobody helped us. Upon arrival at the hotel on the island ofCephalonia, we find a nasty surprise. The hotel was in the middle of the island a few miles from both the sea and the village. It was two stars, was horrible and only spoke Greek.

However we had a mishapin the caves of Melissani when my brother was a foot short to be swimming in the caves, when they took him to hospital and was taken care, we got the incredible surprised that we had hired insurancewas invalid and that allegedly the company did not exist in its list of affiliated insurers.
