CARTAGENA COMO DESTINO TURÍSTICO HISTÓRICO DESDE SU PATRIMONIO TANGIBLE E INTANGIBLE

RESUMEN

En este documento se presenta la ciudad de Cartagena como destino turístico histórico desde su patrimonio tangible e intangible, dada su condición de Patrimonio Histórico y Cultural de la humanidad reconocida por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación la Ciencia y la Cultural“UNESCO”, por su legado en monumentos civiles, militares, religiosos llenos de historia y cultura; pues, el Patrimonio Natural y Cultural constituyen la fuente insustituible de inspiración y de identidad de una nación y Cartagena se revela palpable desde sus cercos de murallas y arquitectura colonial española, mostrándose al mundo como destino turístico por excelencia.

En virtud de esto, se realizantres argumentaciones al respecto, la primera argumentación gira entorno a que la actividad turística de la ciudad de Cartagena no se desarrolla a través de sus bienes tangibles, su historia y su cultura, si no, que parte de un turismo de sol, playa y de negocios; seguidamente se analiza el desconocimiento del significado de Cartagena como Patrimonio Histórico y Cultural, para sus nativos yhabitantes y finalmente se presenta la situación de la influencia del guía turístico no legalizado en el desarrollo del turismo histórico-cultural, hechos que hacen afectación directa sobre el turismo histórico-cultural de la ciudad.

ABSTRACT

In this document we presents the city ofCartagena as tourist historical destination from her tangible and intangible heritage, given her condition of Historical and Cultural Heritage of the humanity, recognized by the United Nations Organization for the Education the Science and the Cultural "UNESCO", for her, legacy in civil, military, religious monuments full of history and culture; so, the Natural and Cultural Heritage they constitutethe irreplaceable source of inspiration and of identity of a nation and Cartagena is revealed palpably from her fences of walls and colonial Spanish architecture, show to the world as tourist excellent destination.

By virtue of this, three argumentations are realized in the matter, the first argumentation turns around the tourist activity of the city of Cartagena does not develop across hertangible stuffs, her, history and her culture, if not, that departs from a tourism of the Sun, beach and business; immediately afterwards, it’s analyzed the ignorance of the meaning of Cartagena as Historical and Cultural Heritage, for his native and inhabitants and finally we presents the situation of the influence of the tourist guide not legalized in the development of the historical - culturaltourism, facts that makes direct affectation on the historical - cultural tourism of the city.

CARTAGENA COMO DESTINO HISTÓRICO TURÍSTICO DESDE SU PATRIMONIO TANGIBLE E INTANGIBLE

El Patrimonio Natural y Cultural constituyen la fuente insustituible de inspiración y de identidad de una nación,pues, es la herencia de lo que ella fue, el sustrato de lo que es y el fundamento del mañana que aspira a legar a sus hijos.”[1]

En virtud de esto, es de suma importancia para los cartageneros y habitantes mantener vivo todo el legado heredado de la época colonial, en miras, a que el mismo, sea parte de ellos, pudiéndolos palpar y sentir, remontándose en el tiempo para descubrir en suscasonas, calles, templos, y murallas un pasado heroico y glorioso que forma parte del patrimonio mundial, en aras, a que las generaciones futuras se beneficien y enorgullezcan de dicho legado.
