Lighting
Dimmed incandecents to drastically increase bulb life and reduce energy use are used when initial cost is an issue. Flourescents are used when dimming isn’t needed. For ultra-lowenergy use, upgrades to professional-quality LED cans also allow full dimming and excellent color-rendering.

Water Use
Dual-flush toilets. Low-flow shower fixtures you’ll love. Dishwashers, front-load washing machines. Rainwater capture assistance.
