Tuesday 20 April 2010 Dear Parents, We are writing to inform you about the Summerlim summer courses which will take place at El Limonar International School, Villamartin this July. Summerlim is a 3 week course focussing on language learning and practice in a fun, lively environment. • • • • • • • • All courses will run for 3 weeks from Thursday 1st July to Wednesday 21st July inclusive. Thetimetable will be 9.30am to 3.15pm Morning snack is included and full lunch is offered. Those children opting not to have lunch leave at 2.00 pm Courses in English are available for children aged 4 – 14 Courses in Spanish are available for children aged 4 – 14 Spanish course for adults from 10am to 1pm. English course for adults from 10am to 1pm

Summerlim Infant for children aged 4 – 6, learningeither Spanish or English Course Programme: 2 daily language classes; workshops; motor skills and games; ICT; music and drama; reading programme; Summerlim Juniors for children aged 7 – 14, learning either Spanish or English 2 daily language classes; workshops; sports and games; ICT; drama; reading programme; Children will be grouped according to age and ability in their chosen language. SummerlimAdults: over 16s Course Programme: Three Spanish/English lessons per day, from 10.00am – 1.00pm For those children who require some academic help, there will be a parallel programme of in school support. Parents may discuss specific requirements with the Summer Course Coordinator upon registration. All classes and activities are being organised by members of our school staff and will be taught bythem according to the language programme chosen. Detailed timetables will be available in May.
