CASO DE E.B. V. FRANCIA

PROCEDIMIENTO

El caso se origino en contra de la Republica Francesa, por la ciudadana Srita. B. (solicitante) el 2 de Diciembre del 2002. La solicitante alego que en cada una de las etapas para la autorización de adoptar, tuvo un trato discriminatorio basado en su orientación sexual y que esto mismo había interferido en su derecho alrespeto de su vida privada.
