RESUMEN
La caída de la torre número 6 del edificio SPACE el pasado 13 de Octubre del 2013, en uno de los lugares másprestigiosos de la ciudad de Medellín “El Poblado”, ha traído una serie de acontecimientos que podrían ser el preludio de la caída de uno de los gigantes de la construcción (La Constructora CDO) y de sucabeza el exgobernador de Antioquia y presidente actual de la firma, el señor Álvaro Villegas Moreno. Muchos fueron los factores que encadenaron esta catástrofe que dejo a 11 personas muertas y a uncentenar de afectados que perdieron sus viviendas, además de una compañía que tiene todo su patrimonio comprometido por culpa de las obligaciones legales y las demandas civiles.

ABSTRACT
The fall of the tower building number 6 SPACE the last October 13 of 2013, in one of the most prestigious locationsin the city of Medellín "El Poblado" has brought a series of events that could be a prelude to the fall of one of the giants of the building (The Builder CDO) and its head the former governor andcurrent president of the firm, Mr. Alvaro Villegas Moreno. There were many factors that chained the disaster that left 11 people dead and hundreds of affected who lost their homes, along with a companythat has pledged all its assets because of legal obligations and civil lawsuits.
