Gentlemen, We are proud to announce that Jademar Corporation just celebrated its 53rd anniversary this year. This would have not been possible without your support. Joseph A. deMartino, Sr. founded Jademar in 1954. He had developed many business and personal relationships throughout the world, andwould have been very proud to see how our business has evolved. We are very fortunate to have the same relationships with many of his contacts, and have maintained the same business ethics with the second and third generations of your companies. Our mission statement continues to be: "Jademar is dedicated to providing quality lighting and electrical products to its customers worldwide. Ourorganization will always strive to exceed customer expectations through service excellence while fostering long term business relationships." The emphasis to provide you with quality products becomes even more of a challenge today, as we develop our own family of Jadco products. We take great care to foster the same long- term relationships with our overseas factories to maintain consistent quality, whileensuring competitive pricing. Our focus continues to be to electrical distributors and OEM’s of lighting products. The past few years we have developed our HID line of products, which are sold completely wired to electrical distributors. We also offer these same products, without ballast or lamp to OEM’s for assembly in their respective markets. I will take this opportunity to inform you that weexpanded into the following: ballasts, strip and wrap fixtures, troffers, HID fixtures, emergency & exit signs, CFL fixtures, bath fans, door chimes and buttons, electrical fittings and weatherproof boxes, meter sockets, and a full line of die cast products for HID lighting. Energy- savings has been a concern in the US market for the past 10 years. During the next 5 years, US ballast manufacturers,by law, will shift production of magnetic ballasts into more efficient and energy- saving electronic ballasts. We find that many of our markets are beginning to understand the benefits of these products and we have developed compact electronic ballasts, electronic ballasts for strip and wrap fixtures, and a line of compact fluorescent fixtures for outdoor applications. We will continue to expandthese product lines, as our markets continue to recognize the benefits.
