Cause | Effect |
Jon was climbing. | He hadn’t slept on 57 hours and he was running out of food. |
Jon has weeks of violent coughing. | That left him with twoseparated ribs and for this was painful to breath for him. |
The weather was very bad. | Blankets of clouds appear on the mountains near Everest. |
Jon was at 29,280 feet. | There was Littleoxygen so his brain wasn’t receiving much air so his mental capacities were low. |
Veteran Himalayan guides keep moving upward with bad weather. | Many people died and other were hurt. |
Jon want tosave some of the little air he has on the oxygen tank. | Jon ask Harry the oxygen valve on the tank. |
Harry was hypoxically. | Harry mistakenly opened the valve. |
Harry opened the valve. | Jonran out of air quickly. |
Jon´s tank was empty. | He would have to descend the most exposed terrain on the entire route to get a new tank. |
The weather on the Everest was very bad as timeadvance. | Was different for Jon to see he doesn’t know were the mountain end or were the sky began. |
Weathers was climbing with the New Zealand team. | Weather was at a high altitude. |
Weathers wasat a high altitude. | At high altitude and at low barometric preassure Weathers´ eyesight failed. |
Weathers´ eyesight failed. | The leader of the team Hall ask him to get down the mountain. |Hall didn’t want to Weathers descend alone. | Hall tells Weathers to wait until the team reach the peak and descend. |
When Jon was decending he meet Weathers. | Jon began talking with Weathers. |Jon was talking with Weathers. | Accidentally Jon said Grooms was descending also. |
Weathers hear Groom was descending. | He decide to wait Grooms. |
Weathers decide to wait Groom. | Jon hurriedtoward the South Col. |
The South Col was the mos difficult part of the descend. | When Jon was on the way to Camp Four he found a rock-hard ice. |
