EXECUTIVE SUMMARY



Technoelectromecánica y Telecomunicaciones, S.A. - TECHTELCOur social object is the benefit of services and the provision of integral technological products such as systems and electrical, electronic, electromechanical and telecommunications equipment.


Our principal services as a telecommunication company are Engineering, Furnish and Installation (EF&I) services. We place a special emphasis on effective process and project management basedprofessional services. TECHTELC has the capability to provide technical and professional staff on a staff augmentation basis as well. We are committed to consistently deliver high quality and timely solutions.

Specifically we provide consultant's office, expert work, analysis, development, design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, repair, optimization, monitoring, control, calibration,renting, training, import, export, commercialization of equipment and systems, in aim technology in engineering.


At the moment our clients are from the Telecommunications industry; more specifically the telecommunications operators of Central America and the Caribbean islands, to whom we will offer a telecommunications excellence center in Panama that will provide feasibility studies, design,equipment provisioning, logistics, operations, maintenance, repair, support and training discussing the strategic advantage of the geographic position of Panama in the center of the American continent and its advantages in social, economic and cultural heritage.
