INTRODUCCION.

Analizando la situación actual en el país, en donde nos podemos dar cuenta que la seguridad de las personas se ve cada vez mas disminuida por los problemas sociales, que hoy en estos días se han convertido en un dolor de cabeza para las administraciones gubernamentales. El patrimonio de las principales ciudades del país está en riesgo, ya que la mala planeación yla intervención tardía de las autoridades correspondientes, está teniendo como resultado un país necio queriendo la modernidad a manos llenas, dejando un lado las tradiciones y costumbres que por miles de años nos han distinguido en la sociedad mundial.
No se trata de volverse loco ante las oportunidades que nos da la modernidad, ni que nos encerremos en una burbuja...
