In the city of Zapopan, Jalisco on December 15th of 2006, in the Centro Universitario de Ciencias Económico Administrativas,gathered the professors Gustavo Cabrera González, Delia Amparo Huerta Franco, Martha Filomena Muñoz Fajardo, Marcos Antonio Ramírez Martinez and Salvador Sandoval Bravo; members of The Commitee of theCertification of the Degree in Marketing, in order to verify the propounder Lizeth Aurora Lobo Saldaña, who aspires to obtain a Diploma in Marketing, meets the requirements prescribed in the Articles8, section I and 9 section II of the Reglamento General de Titulación, and the Articles 4 section I, point b, and 5 section II of the Reglamento de Titulación del Centro Universitario for thequalification modality of outstanding academic performance, in the option of promedio, proving that, indeed, the aforementioned propounder, satisfy the requirements to get the degree, having an overallaverage of 90.25 (ninety point twenty five) under this procedure, and approved 100% of the studied subjects in regular period, obtaining 411 credits from a minimum of 410, which correspond to thecurrent curriculum of the degree course.

Then the Committee proceeded to take protest to the propounder in the following terms: “Do you protest to practice the profession with honesty, enshrining itto the pursuit of the community good, watching always for the name of the Universidad de Guadalajara?” Which she answered: “Yes, I do protest.” The president of the Committee add, “If it is decidedto do so, her conscience and the community will reward her, and if not, will be demanded”. Concluded the ceremony, the present act is being brought forward for the record signed by the member of theCommittee and the propounder.

Finally, the corresponding payment has been done in the Dirección de Finanzas de la Universidad de Guadalajara, trough the receipt of payment number XXXX on date...
