This form is to be completed by an auditor that has been assigned at the morning meeting. Obtain aBill of Lading for the order that
you are auditing and attach a copy to this audit form. If there are any issues or questions, contact the Supervisor or a Manager.
Afterthe audit has been completed, bring the completed form to the afternoon meeting and review with the team.

Look at the parts and the packaging and complete the following information. Any nonconformance must be documented on aNon-conforming
Material Sheet (NCM).

Audit Items
Is the product in good shape with no visible damage?
TF- Are there hairy edges? Webs? Warped, Crushed?
PC- Arethere tears? Folds? Ink smudges?
Are there any other obvious physical defects?
Were the parts packed according to customer specification?
Are the boxes secured and tapedcorrectly?
Is customer PO Number on the shipping labels?
Are the boxes all labeled correctly with packer name?
Does the count on the Bill of Lading match the count onthe pallet?
Are the pallets wrapped so that adequate protection can be provided?
If strapped, are the strap protectors placed properly? Are the straps tight?
Ifpalletized, are the boxes stacked neatly?
Does the pallet show signs of damage? (no nails sticking out, no broken boards, etc.)
