My first speaker said that beauty has a limit, most beautiful women in the world are going to get older and older each day, andthey won’t be useful for modeling, acting, or other carriers that involve physical appearance. But brains are going to keep working and people will never lose their thinking capacity.My second speaker mentioned that in the future they will accept you on a job depending on your intelligence. This is totally true, people who earn lots of money, is because theyare really intelligent, as simple as that. Pretty people, who get important jobs like modeling or acting, may be well paid, but the ones who hire them, always consider theirpersonality or intelligence in general. Top universities and medical schools and academies don’t accept you because your pretty, they accept you because you’re smart. A hospital isn’tgoing to turn down a brilliant doctor because he has a big nose, and if my lawyer is fat, I don’t care as long as he gets me out of prison. Sure, you’re more likely to land a recordlabel or become an actor if you have a six pack, but you need talent and some brain to go with that. At the end of the day, if you’re good looking and nothing else, then yes, girl, yougo as a waitress making minimum profit and living it out in a motel.
Finally my team also stated that intelligent people have more friends, this is because they could think abouthow to treat their friends, and no one would like a bubble head to hang out with, they want good people that could reflect on the groups behavior.
To conclude our case, beauty isNOT more important than brain, because your brain is going to take you to the top in many different ways, beauty is not. Therefore, I think the motion should fall. Thank you
