A beautiful trip in Chiapas
I’m going to talk about one of my favorite places to go on vacation and that place is Chiapas.
Chiapas is one of the most gorgeous states that our country has and islocated in the south of the country. In this state you can see pyramids, amazing waterfalls, lakes and also lagoons.
I like a lot this place because you are always in touch with nature; actually thereare free monkeys at the hotel and you can hear them and of course you can see them.
In my opinion the waterfalls are the most beautiful thing that this state has.
On my vacations I visited three ofthe most important waterfalls. One of those is the waterfall of “Agua Clara” which is enormous waterfalls with the clearest water that I’ve ever seen; the perfect time to go to visit them is inDecember through March.
It is very common to see people rowing, which is a very extreme sport because the waterfalls are very high and the water current is very strong, but at the top of the waterfall thereis an area where you can get to swim.
While you are there you can buy a lot of Mexican artifacts, clothes and also you can eat delicious dishes.
There is another waterfall called “Welib ha” whichmeans water jump and it is a small lake with the waterfall and in there you can swim, scale beside the waterfall and have a relaxing time. There are not restaurants or shops around, so you have totake your own food and drinks to there. The only problem is that there are a lot of rocks under the water and no matter that you can see the rocks you are unable to calculate the distance and hityourself.
The last waterfall that I visited is called “Misol ha” which is inside of the jungle and there is a cave with bats and you enter with a light and nothing else, in my opinion is a very scarysituation because you can fell the bats flying around you and water drops falling down from the cave.
