Child Soldiers

Did you know that February 12th is the Red Hand Day? It is a special day to commemorate child soldiers. Child soldiers are being brutally abused by people that do not even care about them at all.¨We believe in the equal and inherent value of all human life. We believe that a worldview bound by borders is outdated and that stopping injustice anywhere is the responsibility of humanity everywhere.We call this ethos the Fourth Estate¨ (Invisible Children, Organization 2012).

The points of discussion will be,children are being abused by conflictive people, child soldiers in Latin America and finally child soldiers in Africa. Children are not supposed to be murderers; they are supposed to be a symbol ofpeace.
To begin with, children are being abused by conflictive people all over the world.  During the last 10 years, around 10 million children are estimated to have been killed as a result of war.Children are the most affected in war because they are more vulnerable. As there is big chaos, children become alone and helpless, so that is a reason for child soldiers and child exploitation. Theirrights are forgotten in order to be able to make terrible and brutal acts. Conflictive people use children in order to make the armed force feel pity for them. If the armed force has morality, it wouldnot murder the child, so in that way the guerrilla will not lose any integrant. But it is not appropriate for a child to port a weapon or even worst to kill a person; they just do what they are told.If they are two little they will grow thinking that killing is correct and will take that as an example of life.
