Children should begin learning a foreign language as soon as they start school.

There are a plenty of skills and abilities that a person need to learn a foreign language. Some say children should start learning a foreign language as soon as they start school and other people say that they need to learn just their own language perfectly to start learning otherlanguage and be more conscious about what they’re learning and grow up to be more conscious about what they’re learning. I think that children should begin learning a foreign language as soon as theystart school because when they are very young their brains are able to acquire language information easier than a grown up person.
Children have more skills than a grown up person to learn aforeign language, because they have the ability to absorb information and process it faster than older people. Also, kids always marvel in front of new things they can learn, so probably they put moreattention and enthusiasm when they learn something new, in this case a new language.
If we put a kid and an adult in a class where they are going to learn a new language, maybe children don’tlearn grammar faster than but they can learn vocabulary faster. Children don’t afraid to make mistakes. They don’t have previous knowledge with most of the words and therefore there’s nothing thatcan confuse the pronunciation of the words, or the name of some objects or places, etc.
When people say that children shouldn’t learn a foreign language because they’re too young, I think theyare so wrong. The learning of a foreign language can be very useful in when they grow up and knowing more than a language opens great opportunities to them and they can take advantage of it beingso young. Children can and should learn foreign languages as soon as they start school because it’s a great opportunity to realize that they can discover a bigger world than they are accustomed.
