History, Tradition & Festivals:
The name “china” it’s from “chi” and “na” "Chi" is actually from the word "Qin," which is the first name that was given to China. During the third century, China was dividing into six countries; the king of Qin was the king that united all six nations. Qin pronounced in Chinese is "Chin." The word "Na" comes from the word "Nation" in Persian. In the early dayof China, Persia was the country that sold and traded Chinese silks, spices, and goods to the rest of the world. When people asked the Persians where the goods came from, their reply was that the goods came from the "Nation of Qin.
The Chinese language is a language or language family consisting of varieties which are mutually intelligible to varying degrees. Originally the indigenous languagesspoken by the Han Chinese in China, it forms one of the branches of Sino-Tibetan family of languages
Chinese is distinguished by its high level of internal diversity, although all varieties of Chinese are tonal and analytic. There are between 7 and 13 main regional groups of Chinese (depending on classification scheme), of which the most spoken, by far, is Mandarin (about 850 million), followed byWu (90 million), Cantonese (Yue) (70 million) and Min (50 million). Most of these groups are mutually unintelligible, although some, like Xiang and the Southwest Mandarin dialects, may share common terms and some degree of intelligibility.
Mandarin Chinese history can be dated back to the 19th century, particularly by the upper classes and ministers in Beijing. Standard Chinese is the officiallanguage of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Republic of China, as well as one of four official languages of Singapore. It is one of the six official languages of the United Nations.
Spring Festival: The first day of the first lunar month is regarded as the New Year of the Chinese. During the Spring Festival, every family is busy cleaning house in the hope of getting rid of defilementsand preventing diseases. Also, they need to paste door-god, spring festival couplets, and the reversed Chinese character, and hang flags in the hope of praying for auspiciousness in the New Year.
Lantern Festival: Also called Shangyuan Festival, is celebrated on January 15 of Chinese lunar calendar. It is the first full moon night in the Chinese lunar year, symbolizing the coming back of thespring. Lantern Festival may be regarded as the last day of Spring Festival, the new-year festival of China, in other words, the Spring Festival does not end until the Lantern Festival has passed.
The Dragon Boat Festival: Also named "Chongwu Festival", "Calamus Festival" or "Daughter's Festival", takes place in May 5 in the lunar calendar. There are many legends on the origin of the Dragon BoatFestival. Some people say it is to commemorate the poet Qu Yuan, while some people think it is to memorialize Wu Zixu, a famous official in the Warring States Period, still there are some others regarding May 5 in the lunar calendar as the date when the Wuyue people held a memorial totem ceremony in ancient times.
Mid-Autumn Festival: The 15th day of every 8th lunar month is the traditional Chinese.It is the most important festival after the Chinese Lunar New Year. The moon on the night of the 15th day of lunar August is believed to be fuller and brighter than in other months. A full moon is a symbol of togetherness.

Education:
Education in the People's Republic of China is a state-run system of public education run by the Ministry of Education. China has had a major expansion ineducation, increasing the number of undergraduates and people who hold doctoral degrees fivefold from 1995 to 2005.
In China, the education is divided into three categories: basic education, higher education, and adult education.
