Observation: i observe all the cells, it were thousands cells…it looks like : red in the middle, green on the banks and some yellow dots throughout the sample.

Investigation:Cells are the basic units of all living things,
All organisms are composed of one or more cells.
An organism may be a single cell, such as the organosms that are in water.
The cell is the basicunit of structure and organization of organisms The cell remains the simplest, most basic component of any organism.
All cells come from preexisting cells
A cell divides to form two identical cellsTypes of cell:

Prokaryotic cell :
1. No nucleus
2. Lack all other organelles (except for cell walls & ribosomes)
3. Cell walls are made of peptidoglycan
4. Contains one circular strandof DNA
5. Smaller in size

Eukaryotic cell:
1. Presence of membrane-bound organelles
2. Presence of nucleus
3. Cell walls made of cellulose
4. Contains one or more paired, linearchromosomes
5. Larger in size

Eukaryotic cell

* Nucleaus : The “brains” of the cell, the nucleus directs cell activities and containsgenetic material called chromosomes made of DNA.
* Mitocondria: Make energy out of food.
* Ribosomes: Make protein.
* Golgi apparatus: Make, process and package proteins.
* Lysosome:Contains digestive enzymes to help break food down
* Endoplasmic reticulum: Called the "intracellular highway" because it is for transporting all sorts of items around the cell.
* Vacuole: Used forstorage, vacuoles usually contain water or food.

Hypotesis: are fruits and vegetables alive? Yes they are alive they have cells because they come from something with cells (alive)…in fact thecolor of fruits and vegetables dependent on cells.

Experimentation: i took a sample of an apple and i put a little bit of methylene blue on the sample to see it better, then i put the coverslips...
