It is internalmail. You can find the internal mail in the bandeja de entrada.

It is SVrecorder.

2.3. What isthe link to know the grades in your academic process?

It is called calificaciones.

2.4. There is a link that gives information about dates and score of activities, what is it?

It isCourse Agenda (Schedule of Activities). Agenda de Actividades.

2.5. Which is the process to update your profile in the virtual course?

First, click in Participants. Second, click on my name. Next, clickto edit information. Then, changes are made. Finally, click to update the information.

2.6. Where can you read important information about the course?

At the forum General of the course, CourseNews and Academic Protocol.

2.7. Where can you see your collaborative group?

In the Participants (Participantes).
