Letter of Request

The is a formal request for assistance with obtaining a non-recourse loan or a short term investment program to properly fund an urban housing program in our municipality of Duran in the Republic of Ecuador. This urban housing development is to provide families the ablility to own their own home at reasonable price(s). We would like to usea senior unsubordinated bond issuing series _____ totaling two hundred thirty eight million U.S. Dollars ( $238,000,000.00 USD) which is being deposited in ____ bank. _____Bank has a corresponding bank of__________.
______ Bank where the bonds have been deposited is ready willing and able to verify deposit and / or bond as required by the lender using S.W.I.F.T (ie. MT542, MT799 or MT199 )orappropriate yet reasonable measure made by lending party.
We the Municipality have ratified this project with these several offerings to fund and/or to use as collateralize this much needed project , and is entered into and agreement by the municipal’s council and by the public of Duran.
Please note that the project manager and underwriting party entirely in charge of this development isWellington Gallardo director of Etanolsa S.A. and is whom will be handling this credit facility and project development.

Attached is the template I need the Municipio top put on their letterhead and send back. I also need for you to change the date to a current date on YOUR  CIS ( Client Information Sheet). I will also need a letter on Etanolsa SA letterhead to link everything together. I will write and send it to you later within the next day or two with the “repo” proposal , the executed documentyou sent me,as well.
I will be communicating with you via email for the next few days , and I will call you Thursday or Friday of this week after I send you everything and I give you a chance to review.

I hope you and all are doing well. I tried to contact you but I was unable to get through. I tried the home numbers and your Mobile. I am confirming theinformation for the Letter we need from the Municipio. I've been speaking to those people regularly and also the 10% er have some requests which I am going to try and negotiate them first before I tell you. All is moving slowly but It's moving in the right direction.
 
Also I've been have problems printing the document that you sent Saturday. I will work on it tomorrow and get it back to you asquickly as possible as well.

Esta una petición formal de ayuda para la obtención de un préstamo sin recurso o un programa de inversión a corto plazo para financiar adecuadamente un programa de vivienda urbana en nuestro municipio de Duran en la República del Ecuador.Este desarrollo de vivienda urbana es facilitar a las familias la habilidad a poseer su propia casa a un precio razonable (s). Nos gustaría utilizar una emisión de bonos “senior” no subordinada de la series: por un total de doscientos treinta millones dólares estadounidenses (USD $ 230,000,000.00), que está siendo depositado en el ProduBanco. El Banco tiene un bancocorresponsal en la ciudad _____________ , país.
Donde los bonos serán depositados estarán listos y dispuesto y capaz de verificar el depósito y / o fianza como sea requerido por el prestamista usando el SWIFT (por ejemplo el MT542, MT799 o MT199) o apropiado aún como medida razonable hecha por la parte prestamista.
Nosotros la Municipalidad hemos ratificado este proyecto con estas a varias ofertas...
