Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel, mostly known as ¨Coco¨ Chanel, born in a hospice at Saumur, France; onAugust 19, 1883. Coco faced a hard childhood in companion of her 5 siblings, her mom and dad. They were a family with economic problems, who faced resources scarcity. Since her childhood she was veryinterested in fashion. Coco’s mom died of tuberculosis when Coco was only 12 years old. Her father sent them to live with her two aunts, owners of an orphanage at Auvergne. At the orphanage with theother girls, Coco learned to sew, and she became more interested in the idea. She admired the way in which women from high society dressed. She dreamed about becoming a fashion designer, and sheproposed herself to accomplish her goal. At the age of 17 she started working as a seamstress. Later, she decided to enter into the entertainment world, and she became a cabaret singer.
