THE FOLLOWING NOTES ARE DESIGNED TO HELP YOU SUCCESSFULLY ACCESS AND COMPLETE ELEARNING.

BELOW YOU WILL FIND AN OVERVIEW OF THEACTIVITY AND STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOTH ACCESS AND COMPLETION.


WHO?
The “Giving and Receiving Feedback” eLearning module is geared towards all Talent and Associates. The “Coaching”eLearning module is geared towards those who coach other colleagues as well as those with direct reports.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE?
You can expect to complete each eLearning module within 60minutes.

WHAT?
This activity requires you to take a Harvard Manage Mentor online training which is accessed via the Development Center on StarwoodONE.

WHY?
Whether you are working with asubordinate or a colleague, these two eLearning topics will support your own personal growth and your efforts to facilitate the professional growth of those you may coach. Remember – practice and feedbacklead to comfort and confidence!

HOW DO I TAKE THE ELEARNING?
Log onto StarwoodONE. On the top of the page, click “E-tools” and select “Development Center”. On the homepage, at the top right handcorner, there is an open Search field (directly above Preferences). In the Search field, type “Giving and Receiving Feedback” or “Coaching” and click on the Harvard Manage Mentor course link.

WHATNEXT?
After completing the online training and associated online testing, draft an action plan to implement your learning and share with your Talent Coach / Manager.
